I got cast in a musical over the summer, and for the 3 weeks that school is still going on, I'm gonna be REALLY busy. I'll wake up at 6:00, go to school until 2:35, go to practice until 6:00pm, then go to work from 7-10:30 almost every day. I know that it's only three weeks, and I know that I'll get through it, but I want to try to reduce the stress before it starts, before I end up in tears at work and consuming mass amounts of rocky road ice cream before remembering that dairy flares my ezcema. :dizzy: So, any ideas to help keep stress down while I juggle school, homework, practice, my dog, my horse, and my job?
I have looked at you schedule for quite a few moments, and I think you have forgotten to include sleep in this schedule. I see two places you can get a little relief until the musical is over. Hire someone to take care of your horse and get a neighbor kid to walk the dog, set the food and water out, play with it. IMO you are trying to burn a two ended candle at three maybe four ends. That will make you old before your time.
This isn't going to bring on another stress/asthma attack is it? Now Sweetie, I don't want to be worrying about you.
