I just made almond milk for the first time, it was fun. Anyway, are there any recipes that you guys could tell me about or link to that use the leftover pulp in raw food recipes? I'm, thinking things like raw cookies and nut bars, but it doesn't matter. But I don't have dehyrdrator, however, so can't use recipes with those.
I've heard people using the leftover pulp as a thickener for soups. Never tried it though!

Add some lemon juice and agave for a dessert.

I put it on a bird feeder outside and let the birds have it.
You can use it to make cookies.
You can dehydrate it and mix it with other stuff as a topping for raw ice cream.
you can use as an exfoliator for the face.
