View Full Version : Tips for losing 5 kilos in 6 weeks?

Hi :bow:

I am going to Melbourne (Australia) in 6 weeks, and it is the shopping central of Australia :yes: I recently lost 13 kilos but put 5 back on since the beginning of the year :| Anyway, I want to lose that extra weight before I go so I can shop LOTS!

Any tips?

I'm currently following Weight Watchers, which has worked well for me in the past. I am quite fit, I go to the gym 5ish times a week. I either do a 1hr+ workout on various cardio machines, BodyStep, or BodyPump class. Do I need to push myself even more to see results? When I was losing weight I didn't need to do so much exercise, as I wasn't as fit and I saw results quickly... :sunny:

I hope the kilo thing is easy to understand!

For the record I am on 20 points with WWers (I think the points are a bit different to US as we have half points too)

First Tip: Don't try. Please don't try to lose more than about 1 or so kilos per month. Try going for losing that 5 kilos over the next couple of months or so, much healthier and it'll have a much greater chance of staying off. I hate to see people abusing their bodies for something as shallow as a few cheap dresses.
