Carrots with Moroccan Spices

Ingredients:

2 carrots, peeled
2 T chopped parsley
2 T orange juice
1 1/2 t lemon juice
1 1/2 t mashed avocado
1/8 t celtic sea salt
dash cayenne
dash cinnamon
dash cumin
dash black pepper
Instructions:

Thinly slice the carrots using a sharp knife. Place in a mixing bowl along with the remaining ingredients. Toss well.
