The effect is amazing! I was served this at a party recently and it blew my mind. At first I thought, "Um, sour cream with sweetness...I don't think so". But then I saw kindergarten age children eating it and figured if kids like it it's probably not so bad. WOW! The sourness adds an interesting dynamic and draws all three superb flavors together for one exceedingly pleasant taste. And for so long all three ingredients sat in my kitchen separately before one genius came along and married them into a beautiful union. Who knew?
