Manitoba Harvest had a booth at our local Living Green Expo over the weekend. I was there volunteering with EarthSave. When I had some free time, I wandered around and got coupons and samples as I do each year. I tried a sample of the Hemp Seed Nuts and immediately I was sold. I bought a bag right then and there. Check 'em out: http://www.manitobaharvest.com

Aren't these nuts supossed to be really high in protein and low in the bad carbs? I thought I read something like that somewhere.

I grabbed my package - it says it has 11 grams of protein and 7 grams of carbohydrates (1 from fiber and 1 from sugar) per 2 T. serving.

They don't offer a hemp flour yet, and I don't have any milling facilities myself. However, when a hemp flour is available I'll definitely try it in one of my flatbreads. :hungry:
