I just moved to Beaufort South Carolina from CHicago! (Drastic I know!!!) I live on a military base and I cannot find fake meaat anywhere on base or in town. More specifically, I used to buy fake sausage and now I can't find it. I need it. DOes anyone know if any on line grocers that sell imitaion meat products?

According to morning Star, there should be some in your area. You could call ahead to see if they are indeed in stock.

You can also order from healthy-eating.com (http://www.healthy-eating.com) and they will ship your order out the following day if you order by 3:00 PM. They sell those vegetarian sausages also that you were asking about.

I read their shipping information and they do ship to APO, FPO and you would need to contact them for actual shipping charges.

Have you talked to your BX and commasary? Mine will order it at least once if you request it to see if there is demand for it.

Our commissary just started carrying a whole bunch of Alba and Nature's Gate products to my surprise. I was shocked when I saw that stuff in there! But there was a demand for it. I think you should talk to the supervisor there too!

Hey I"m from the upstate, and my local Publix is pretty good. They are also great about getting what you need as well. :bobo: But I"d also check your local "commisary" to see if they can order you anything.
