Maybe this is a stupid question, but is coca powder raw? I have seen a lot of raw recipies that require careob but I have no idea where to buy that. We don't have any health food stores within 30 miles of here.

There are some cocoa powders and carob powders that are raw. Most people have to order them online, though. I definitely can't get the raw ones around here.

Raw, unroasted carob isn't that hard to find IME, but cacao (cocoa isn't raw) is another story. Samuel posted good links. Nature's First Law has good products too.
