that is weird--i see the product at the hfs here as well as regular grocery stores but no organic label. is what you see labeled organic?

Yes, in bright green letters "organic". They also carry the non-organic, GMO type.

that is cool--but i havent ever seen the tvp with the green label--other products yes, tvp, no. and i checked yesterday at my hfs and in fact, no organic tvp just regular. maybe i will mail order.
