Does anyone suffer from a suspected wheat intolerance here? I don't know if I do, but when I follow a healthy veggie diet with plenty of ww bread and pasta I end up with a really awful distended stomach (I look pregnant at work!) and it is so miserable. When I eat what I consider to be vegetarian but not healthy I have a nice flat stomach but I want to eat healthily! I've read that peppermint tea can help and I think I will try to cut back on wheat for a while. Can anyone else relate to what I am going through? :-/ :-/
