I had to see what you're talking about...it's pretty graphic. It doesn't matter whether it's real or not, there are plenty of people out there who will stumble across it and decide to try some of that stuff themselves. Pretty sick.

Even if it is a hoax, don't know but it is rather graphic, theres no point giving it publicity. Thats why bonsai got so big, just ignore it please.
