It has been a while since our last update. As you all likely know, all of
the defendants have been released to the homes of family members on house
arrest pending sentencing in June. This gives them time to get their
affairs in order and continue to reach out to friends and supports to
raise funds for appeals attorneys.
Right now, there are a few things happening. The sentencing date has been
changed (see below), cities all over the country are organizing fundraiser
benefits for the SHAC 7, and we are asking for even more cities to
organize events to help raise the much needed money for appeals attorneys.
We need to raise tens of thousands of dollars still to pay the mounting
legal bills for the appeal. Please donate if you can! Donations can be
made payable to "NJARA" and earmarked for the SHAC 7 and sent to:

SENTENCING DATE CHANGED
Sentencing is now scheduled for June 13th. This date could be changed
again, we will keep everyone updated if that happens. Please keep your
calendars open to try to attend sentencing!

times, dates, and more information!
