Vegan Peanut Butter Pie

Suitable for a: vegan diet
Ingredients:

16 oz. soft tofu
1 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. soy milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 premade, 9-inch chocolate crust, chilled (or make your own!)
OR
12.3oz soft tofu
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup of homemade or store-bought VEGAN frosting
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp soy milk
2 Tsp. vanilla extract
1 graham cracker crust, chilled
Instructions:

(the second one is the variation that I used)
Combine all ingredients and mix/blend well. I didn't use a blender, but the filling came out really well.
Simply add the filling into the pie crust and let it chill for a few hours!
Additional comments:

I used the second variation, since I didn't quite have enough tofu. I made about 1/2 cup of homemade, vegan chocolate frosting and it gave the pie a slightly-richer taste (maybe a hint of chocolate flavor could be noted as well).
I also topped with (vegan) chocolate chips.
