I have a couple:
Sprout salad with guacamole, red pepper salsa, black olives, and marinated veggies

Sprout salad with walnut taco "meat" (it really does taste like taco meat) and red pepper salsa (of course with some black olives)

hmm. non-dehydrated.

for more detailed preparation - probably alissa cohen's "potato" salad. :lick:

for something quicker - green smoothie, fruit salad, green and sprout salad.

I don't have it because I eat it at Hippocrates Health Institute, where I work. The chef there makes it. But basically, I think it's walnuts (he soaks and dehydrates them, but if you don't have a dehydrator, I guess you wouldn't have to) with Bragg's, cumin, chili powder, and other Mexican seasonings. It's pretty simple. And it tastes so amazing!

rawgirl - Are you the girl that used to live in Beavercreek, OH? or around there? If you are, I talked to your dad on the phone last summer!

Thanks for the ingredient list!

Yes, I am. Now I live in West Palm Beach, FL. How did you talk to my dad on the phone last summer? What about? Small world, huh?

WOW! I called to register for a speaker at your church. Paul Nison maybe?
(It was cancelled.)

The only raw interaction I can find in the Dayton area are the Potlucks twice a month. Do you know of anything else?

Nice to meet ya!

Just the potlucks is all I know of. Paul Nison ended up in Dayton in November. Did you see him then? He told me he's going back there sometime again soon I think. He had a really good turnout. Funny...when my mom and I first moved down to WPB, we rented a room from Paul for a couple months before we rented a house. Paul and I got to be really good friends. We did all kinds of stuff together. Now he's traveling a lot, so I haven't seen him since January.

He was in town 2 Sundays ago. We had a potluck at the Kirchner's place. It was outside on a sunny day and was very relaxing day. His wife is so sweet!

I love the Kirchers. She is like a Grandma to me. She visits Hippocrates occasionally. I've only breifly met Paul's wife, but I heard she's really sweet.

I got a really good potato salad recipe from Rhio's book Hooked On Raw. I took it to a dinner at church and people really liked it and were going for seconds and asking me for the recipe. It was made from raw potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, etc., then you make a raw mayonnaise for it. It's really yummy.
