Hello, newbie here. I am sure there is already a posted list on all the names that are given to ingredients that are animal derived, can you point me in the right direction. I am slowly turning my family toward becoming lacto-ovo and sometimes I just dont know what the stuff is listed in the ingredients list. Thanks!

this lists everything animal product derived, from eggs to milk and everything in between. i hope it helps :) just keep in mind that some things, such as lactic acid, can be vegetable derived as well. in that case, you can contact the company in question (if you are vegan)
D3 is not vegan, but is vegetarian, D2 is vegan :)
