I bought this yesterday in the diet section of my supermarket. It is a meal replacement powder like Slim Fast but the label reads "... no lactose, yeast free, gluten free, no egg, dairy or animal derivatives, suitable for vegetarians." and YUMMY! I really love the taste. I need meal shakes in the morning while I'm rushing out the door for school or else I get sick. If you haven't tried it, it's yummy. $9.99 for a 1 lb 1.88oz tub.

I have some of the powder and some of the premade. I think it is just so-so, but does make a decent breakfast if I can't get myself to eat solid food.
