Killik, that sounds very similar to a drink I make, except I use soy ice cream:

3 scoops of neapolitan Organic Soy Delicious ice cream
1/2 a banana
a couple of strawberries
1/2 - 2/3 cup of Blue Diamond Almond Milk (either in Original flavor or Vanilla flavour, which is sweeter).

Blend in a blender and that's it! This drink is soooo good, you can't tell it's not a "regular" milkshake. I've made them for my father who is a "meat and potatoes man" and generally doesn't like anything "healthy", but he really loves this milkshake.

The nice thing about the Soy ice cream, is that there's no white sugar in it. I think there's some evaporated cane juice and beet juice for sweetening.

The Almond Breeze drink is fantastic. I don't really care for soy milk on my cereal, but I love the Almond milk!
