Please take the time to email Wolfgang Puck at contactus@wolfgangpuck.com
and urge him to to stop using veal and foie gras products and to join the growing number of chefs, restaurateurs, and other conscientious citizens who choose not to use these products due to the extreme animal cruelty incurred.

I know everyone on this board would rather see these chefs not use any animal products, but this is a start.
