I've started doing Prevention's "Walk Your Way Slim", and it's a killer. Definately not a walking workout - it's more aerobics than anything. It makes you sweat buckets, so I suppose it's effective? lol
Does anyone have any videos that they particularly like? I want to add some variety to my collection.

I use Yourself!Fitness. It's not a video. It's a video game. I LOVE it. The workouts are different every day and it changes the muscle groups you work every day. I tried videos but found they were boring after the first few times you do them. This is new all the time.

If you want an excellent workout that also builds strength, I swear by Rodney Yee's Power Yoga Total Body Workout. It's an effort to get through the whole video, but well worth the sweat. You can find it on Gaiam.com and sometimes even at Target or WalMart.
I also recommend the New York City Ballet Workout. Very fun, and helps to develop those long, lean muscles dancers have =).

I love Billy Blanks' Tae Bo workouts. I have Fat Blasting Cardio and the Billy's Boot Camp collection. The bands with his videos really make the workouts even more intense.
Great ab videos are the Abs of Steel videos by Tamilee Webb. I prefer the older version I have on VHS to the newer version I have on DVD.
Brian Kest's Power Yoga is really good. I had never done yoga before watching his video and I really enjoyed it. It has 3 different workouts: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. I still haven't got past beginner.

I like Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease. I know it's cheesy, but it's interesting, and quite effective on toning up the body.

I'm really liking my Charlie Brookes workout DVD (she's an actress from a UK soap called Eastenders - which incidently i DON'T watch). I don't normally tend to like the 'celeb' videos but quite like this one. It's split into five sections of ten mins each: warm up, disco, combat, high intensity (this one is murder on my knees with all the squats so i usually miss it out) and pilates.

 That cracked me up. For real?
There used to be this show that came on in the early morning... I don't know what it was called, but we all called it the "Caribbean Slut Workout Challenge". I mean, hey, why not channel your carnal desires into productive physical exercise? :hamster:

Any of the Walk Away the Pounds videos. They're super easy and work well.
