Last year I lost an hour of work, but this year I took the day off, so that I would not have to deal with any of this bs. There is a chili fest today that would be cool to check out too.

Don't let work dictate your schedule. Play dumb by claiming that you believed that the time switch was at 1:00 in the afternoon. Or just strai up tell them that you had more important things that couldn't lose time.

lol I don't know if that would work out in my favor. We didn't have a set time today because it's sunday but I was hoping to get in by noon. The prof I work for is probably one of the most disorganized people I know any way and is usually late himself.

I accidently set my clock back instead of ahead.
If I hadn't reminded my BF to set his clock 'back' too, I would not have found out until I got a call from work saying I was 2 hours late!
