there are ton of both in the two books you just ordered...also I found vegan vittles to have a lot of seitan recipes and tempeh for that matter...vegan planet has a fair amount of each...and the millenium cookbook has really gourmet recipes that employ all of the above.

I'm also a cookbook freak!

Why buying a book while lots of recipes are on the web? On http://www.soya.be you find recipes with tempeh and tofu (no seitan). On http://www.tempeh.info you can find recipes with tempeh.

Most vegan cookbooks have at least some tofu, seitan, or tempeh recipes; but here are the ones I have with more than most:

"The TVP Cookbook" by Dorothy Bates

"Cooking with Gluten and Seitan" Dorothy Bates and Colby Wingate

"The Art of Tofu" Akasha Richmond (this book utilizes silken tofu, exclusively)

"The Whole Soy cookbook" Patricia Greenberg

"Authentic Chinese Cuisine" Bryanna Clark Grogan

There are lots on the internet, as Leo mentioned.
