Blueberry Milk Shake

Suitable for a: vegan diet


Ingredients:

1 cup almonds, soaked
2 cups spring water
2 cups frozen organic blueberries
raw organic agave to taste


Instructions:
------------------------------------------------------

Soak 1 cup of almonds for 8 hours or over night. Blend soaked almonds with 2 cups of spring water and then strain through a nut milk bag (cheese cloth, strainer, etc.). Pour the 2 cups of frozen blueberries into the blender and then start by adding 1 cup of almond milk. Blend and then add more almond milk as necessary until you get the right thickness for you. While you are adding more almond milk, it is at this time, you also add raw organic agave to taste. Pour into a frosty glass and garnish with fresh organic blueberries. Enjoy.

You can make many different variations of this. For example, you can use strawberries to make a Strawberry Milk Shake, etc..
