Try WholeFoods 365 brand. Good stuff, much better than Altoids.

I like St. Claire's Organic Peppermints.
They are made by EcoNatural Solutions.
However it seems only my health food store carries them around here.

After Eight...
I get Penguin Caffeinated Mints to keep me awake after lunch. They're gelatin free, and I think the rest of the ingredients are vegan as well.

Tic Tacs don't have any non-vegan ingredients unless you're taking sugar into consideration.
I also like that they don't have any artificial sweetners [yuck], which I eliminated from my diet when I went vegan.

Hmm... the only one I know for sure is vegan (says on the package) is Oral Fixations. I've only ever tried the Caffeinated Chai Tea Mint, but they were pretty good. Unfortunately my dad bought them, "somewhere," and I can't find them anymore.

http://www.oralfix.com/fix/fixations.php .......Kinda like this maybe ? Its not much and what there is not the slightest bit porn so go ahead, click away.....its just a list, with a few volunteered fixations from visitors posting what is theirs, (with a few mild rude words but nothing to get in a flap about).
To go to see the actual mints you need to scroll down and click at the base of the page on one of the 2 links there! HAVEN'T A CLUE IF THEY ARE VEGAN THOUGH.
And on the actual mints page you'll see a link to myspace (in right hand column):
