oo new thread:)

today i did 70 minutes of INTENSE yardwork. Pulling tree limbs, cutting trees, pushing wheelbarrows... my gosh i got dizzy from it! Made me tired all day so other than walking around the mall for a few hours, thats all i did.

I can't say a lot about exersice, but I have gone shoping for delisious food (fruits and vegies and chinesse pancakes). I have made a delisious vegan dinner for my whole family! .......they do need to loose some weight and so do I

35 minutes on the treadmill today... unfortunately, I don't know distance or speed because my tread is a piece of junk. :P i'd guess from the amount of work that i felt i did, 3 miles.

elliptical for like 1/2 an hour
tag with my 6-year-old brother

I did nada today - my legs are still sore from dancing/working out on Monday & yesterday. Plus, my throat is really sore so I'm not feeling too well. :- (

Monday: 90 min. dance class (60 min. warm-up for exercise and stretching/ 30 min. reps of a short routine)

Tuesday: 90 min. dance practice (includes running for a warm-up and 6-8 reps of a high energy aerobic-like dance)

Thursday: (planned) variety of crunches and some leg work

Saturday: 30 min. Caribbean boxing workout (Fit TV dvd)

I worked out 5X the week I was home for break...this week was not so productive.
I worked out twice- not very impressive, but I'll post anyway.
Monday- hour of yoga, 30 minutes of cardio
Thursday- 45 minutes of cardio, arm routine and some abs.

Better next week!!

Yeah..here it goes everyone...I'M A FRIKEN GYM OWNER, PERSONAL TRAINER, WEIGHT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT, STAR OF BODY SMART FIT TIPS ON LOCAL CABLE AND CO-HOST OF WORKOUT WEDNESDAY'S ON CNN HEADLINE NEWS / LOCAL EDITION (ALENTOWN & PHILADELPHIA) and this is my day!

Went on to the gym early.....
had a very intense training session - circuit training with jumping rope in the middle of it along with intense functional training execises.

ate very well throughout the day and went to FREAKIN VEGAN TREATS!!!!!!
I HAD A CHERRY CHEESECAKE & THE ALMOND JOY CHEESECAKE!!

How good of an example am I? LOL

so now I got to go BACK in before I open to exercise again - VERY HARD!

The problem is, VEGAN TREATS IS OPEN AGAIN!!!!!! ARGGGGGGGGGGGG!

This thread has made me realize how seriously I need to get more exercise. I especially need to work on getting more exercise over the weekend.

chest / biceps / hamstrings / core (squat & press with cables on Air Discs for added balance - ALWAYS CHALLENGE YOURSELF PROPRIOCEPTIVLY!) / Core (squat & pull with cable on Air Discs)
Run - Interval, high intnsity - 2 miles 15 minutes by increasing the speed very high for 1 miunte several times throughout
