Crunchy Poato Skins
Category: Snacks

Suitable for a: vegan diet


Ingredients:

Potato skins from baked potatoes
olive oil
(salt & pepper to taste if you like)


Instructions:
------------------------------------------------------

Break or cut potato skins into evenly-sized strips/pieces. Brush lightly with olive oil, salt & pepper if desired, and bake at 425* until golden brown & crispy. Cool and enjoy!

Great alternative to the super salty counterparts at the store! Can always add other seasonings as you wish, dip in sauces, etc. Tasty!
