rahhhhhhhhh. :wall:
dying to go to the gym and get back into it but stuff keeps getting in my way.
today finally i got the rest of the join up documents and was planning on going tonight! ..cept feel so odd. have since i got up.
weird and faint and lazy . schmeh.
doubt anyone can answer this FOR me..eeheh. BUT..
is it perhaps a feeling inactive type of yuck that will be benefitted by pushing through and going to the gym?:whip:
or is it better to just wait ONE more day, let it pass and then go.
really...want..to go. but not keen on keeling over. which i almost did walking up the stairs just now. ehehe.
but maybe thats just coz im not fit anymore (used to be a turbo :wayne: )...in which case the gym is a GOOD idea. eheh

As long as one more day doesn't add up to one more week, etc. it would be ok to wait. Sometimes we want to do something, but really, really don't want to do it, if you get what I mean, so there will always be a reason to keep putting it off. But you are right, only YOU can decide for sure. Now get moving! :)

I am addicted to exercise-my kids only agree to go to the gym daycare because they want me to be in a good mood!!

Do you bicycle to the gym? Driving to the gym is like eating a meat appetizer before a vegetarian meal.
