Just because I was curious, I gave logging my food on www.fitday.com a try.
What exactly is a good amount of fat, carbs, protein in a day for vegetarians? I wouldn't be too surprised if my day's worth of food looks a lot healthier than average meat eaters.

This is what my day's food looked like:

Calories Eaten Today
source grams cals %total
Total: 2159
Fat: 64 575 28%
Sat: 10 87 4%
Poly: 28 248 12%
Mono: 19 169 8%
Carbs: 322 1109 53%
Fiber: 44 0 0%
Protein:100 399 19%
Alcohol:0 0 0%

Is this good?

I don't know because a bunch of numbers doesn't show how healthy you are eating. If you want some opinions on how you are eating, post what you ate, not what the calories and stuff added up to. Try not to obsess over the numbers, okay?

There's all kinds of opinions as to what the proper ratio of carbs/fat/protein is. I think you're doing pretty good.

The big thing is how do you feel? Are your tired, sluggish, or feeling good? Are you gaining or loosing unwanted weight?

One thing your numbers show is a low intake of saturated fat which is good. Most of your fat should come from monosaturated sources like nuts, avacado and olive and canola oils. So you might take a look not increasing your fat intake but switching some of the polyunsaturated sources to mono.

I gather from the information that your fiber intake is 44 grams which is excellent!! Way above a normal meat eaters and clearly above the 25 to 30 that is recommended.

It's hard to tell because we don't see the actual things you ate, but those numbers look very good and definately better than a typical American meat eaters would be.
