I just found this at Giant Supermarket in Virginia.

The ingredients are very simple: Organic cane sugar, Organic enriched wheat flour, Organic cocoa, salt and baking soda.

The packaging was made from 100% recycled paper fibers.

To make the brownies it calls for 1/4 cup melted butter and 2 eggs into an 8 inch square pan.

There are many options to keep this vegan. This is what I did.

3 Tablespoons of olive oil
3 teaspoons of Ener-g egg replacer
4 Tablespoons of warm water
4 Tablespoons of apple sauce

I used a 9 inch heart shaped pan. You just mix it all up.. bake at 325 (preheated) for 35 minutes. completely cool and enjoy.

Mine came out pretty gooey. They're good, but they don't necessarily stay together as a cut square. I'm fairly happy with them though.

Other options:

you could use Earth balance for the melted butter
you could use banana for the egg
you could use tofu for the egg (don't know if that's wise in sweets)

ETA: Looks like the company is based out of Ontario Canada.
