Suitable for a: vegan diet


Ingredients:

I made this recipe up a few weeks ago and just can't get enough of it.

Take one apple, cut it up, one banana, cut it up, walnuts, chop up, honey or agave, coconut, sprinkle with cinnamon and mix up.

Use your imagination with this one and add what you like to this as well. I prefer the original way I made it and eat it several times a day!

If I'm craving something and don't know what it is that I'm craving I eat this! LOL

Hope you try this and like it. I have a picture I can upload a picture as well, but not sure the policy on that.

:yes: I finally made this a couple days ago and I added raisins to it, but no coconut. It's so simple but so so yummy. Hits the sweet spot, too.
