What products are you using in the shower/to groom? I thought this was fun on veg web so why not bring it back! :)

-Sappo Hill soap in 'natural': This soap lathers well, is gentle and is like $1.20 for a bar that lasts weeks! I am hoping the local store gets it in other scents soon.
-Paul Mitchell extra body shampoo: apple scent!
-PM detangler conditioner: I wanted the extra body but they did not have it in so I got this.
-Origins 'checks and balances' face wash: foams well, has an annise scent to it and removes makeup without drying my skin!

I am wondering about facial products, I have been using mostly just water as I am not sure what to use. I cant use oil products they make me break out too much. Any suggestions?

-Origins Cream Bar
-Origins Ginger UP! Aromatic Shampoo
-Bath & Body Works Sheer Freesia shower gel (a gift from before I started actively avoiding non-vegan body products)
-Origins Swept Away exfoliating scrub
-Skintimate Glistening Pear shaving gel (purchased six months ago, also pre-vegan)

My shower also comes with complimentary wonky plumbing and a drain that demands weekly Drano tributes.

Girl, the first step into finding a good facial product is finding your skin type. Are you oily, dry, acne prone, sensitive, combo?
I use Origins. The checks andbalances is made for combo skin. My skin gets oily but also has dry areas and is super sensitive. This wash is great getting makeup off and leaving my skin refreshed. I follow it up with 'have a nice day' lotion...I use a lot of Origins products!

Nature's Gate shampoo

Aveda conditioner

homemade soap (my friend has a business - www.soapdreams.com. It's not vegan but she uses goat's milk from a family friend's farm so I know the goats are loved & well cared for. AND I'm supporting my friend's business.)

Sometimes I use my Aveda body wash but that's only when I want to take a long shower.

I love "Aubrey Organics" products. I also change my shampoos and conditioners each time I need to buy more. I do the same with deodorants. I buy "Aubrey" soaps for face and body and use mostly, overall, their line of products.
My favorite toothpastes are "Jason, Sea Fresh"; one called "Tea Trea Oil and Neem," not sure of the brand; and I use"Peelu Dental Fibers" with my toothpastes.
I also like "Avalon" products and "Dessert Essence."

For shampoo and conditioner I use Nature's Gate Sea Kelp and Aloe
Kiss My Face Pear liquid Soap
Trader Joe's Cream Shave in Honey Mango ( there's no honey in it)
Personna Rasors
Zero Zit Kreamy Kleanser ( could not live without it now!) by Well in Hand
Sunshine Spa Tangerine Brown Sugar Scrub
Trader Joe's Peppermint Castile soap (works great with pumice for cute summer feet)
It's not in my shower, but I love Kiss My Face Lavender and Shea Butter body moisturizer

wow, that's an awesome idea. I'm gonna do that!

-Basis facial bar (lasted a LOONG time, I bought it pre vegan)
-Avalon Organics Lavender Ultimate moisture cream (I love this stuff)
-a toner I made myself (just rosewater in a pretty bottle ):)
-Body Shop Banana Shampoo (not vegan, but I bought it pre vegan, I'm at the moment trying to use everything up)
-Giovanni 50/50 conditioner
-Nivea firming lotion (pre vegan)
-Tom's of Maine spearmint toothpaste
-Tom's of Maine spearmint floss
-No Miss vanilla scented nail polish remover (got it at Pangea)
-Kiss my Face Peaceful Patchouli shaving cream
-Personna razors (wish I could get these at a store! I have to order them from pangea)
-pre vegan, I loved Neutrogena Body Clear body wash because I would get body blemishes. After a few weeks of having to put up with pimples, I made my own body wash; Dr. Bronner's Lavender castile soap, some water and 20 drops of tea tree oil. IT WORKED JUST AS WELL!!

I always use for body wash Kiss my face aromatherapy early to rise. I love it. I wonder if it actually works and wakes me up or if it is just a placebo effect?

dr. haushka cleansing cream (followed by hauschka toner). if you have sensitive skin or just have probs finding a suitable product for your skin like me, try hauschka!!!

as for shower stuff, i tend to switch all the time just because i like to try new things. :) and sometimes i have more than one of a product in the shower. so, at the moment:

shampoos - weleda's horse chestnut shampoo (works well for the eczema on my scalp too!), jason's aloe vera shampoo and a body building one my mum got me from aubry.

conditioner - jason's aloe vera.

body - also, one my mum got from aubry or urtekram's rose soap when in a rush or just plain lazy. lovely scent! (well, i love rose scent). and sometimes i use my homemade body exfoliating scrub :)

oh by the way, green people is also good. i liked the rosemary & pink clay shower gel and also the spf 15 day cream.

these are not in the shower but weleda's calendula toothpaste. weleda's iris intensive facial mask (hauschka's masks are also good; have run out of them though), thalgo's normalising mask sometimes (bought it pre vegan so dunno if it is vegan but i think so), body shop's kaolin mask (also bought pre vegan but i think it's safe).

Ooohhh Origins. They produce the only fragrance I can wear without experiencing severe skin irritations and headache. That goes for all over body moisturizer too.

I've been trying to find a new soap, something gentle and veg*n friendly. I've used Dove for Sensitive Skin forever with no incidents. Any suggestions?

I've gone over the the Aussie hair products. I have really curly hair and they moisturize well without the heavy feeling.

Sappo in 'natural' is a good gentle soap. Plus it is vegan and cruelty free. I have super sensitve skin and use this with no problems!
