Yes, I am FAR too lazy. I never get off my butt to do anything except maybe see if we have any carrots (we don't). Is there any type of exercise I can do with the following problems:
Weak ankles
Little/no experience
Indoors
No eqipment
For now, I'll jsut run and jump on my couch. Or practice my balance (for karate). I'm too lazy for my own good.

Well, assuming you have a tv, you can find a channel with a fitness workout and join in. Usually there are one or two that don't require any equipment, like walk away the pounds. I'm getting lazier as I get older. Don't have the ambition I used to. But since the alternative is getting old and fat, I force myself! Not ready to go there just yet!

Pilates sounds perfect for you! It requires no equipment other than floor space and focuses on toning, strength and flexibility. If possible, I'd reccomend going to a class at a rec center a couple of times to get an idea of proper form etc, but if that's not an option videos and books can work well if you just want to move. Granted, pilates isn't aerobic so you'll want to combine it with some cardio. Try jump roping, walking or really corny exercise tapes/DVDs. :)

Try getting some videos out of the library - yoga or dance would be fun :)
I'm lazy too and I find that a with a video or people around I'm more motivted to actually try.

mostly, experiment and find what you like.
and if you do karate, then you do something. why not ask your karate teacher what you can do outside of class to develop or increase your karate skills and abilities.

There is actually a way to get trained via the internet-http://roadtrainer.com/. You can also get some exercise tapes as well. You have to make yourself doing it be rewarding yourself w/ little things. Walk instead of driving places, take the stairs instead of escalator/elevator.
