Does anyone know where i can get a fresh pure mint juice? I dont think its oil based.

Errr.... What are you planning to make? You can buy mint extract next to the vanilla extract in the baking section of the supermarket. Or you could whirl some fresh mint in the blender with the liquid of your choice to make it minty. Mint juleps and mojitos call for just crushing the mint leaves with the sweetener using a spoon, then adding the bourbon or lime juice and rum.

i think i'll liquify the mint with water and make my mint juice.

I'm really curious, too. Since you didnt' want alcohol, is this a beauty thing? For your hair or skin, maybe?

lol.. sorry I never responded!!! whoops.
Well, i wanted to make pad thai and pad kew mao (mixed vegetables with flat rice noodles).. and instead of flavoring it with mint leaves which does not help at all.. i wanted a mint juice to make it tasty which it did! Came out really really goooooooooooooooooooooooooooood!
I drink ginger/mint tea.. so refreshing. I grate ginger in boiling water and add fresh organic mint leaves. hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
