Hello everyone

I am want to stop eating MEAT. Where do I began?? I know that sounds like a stupid question, but it is not easy. Please help me.

If you want to ease your way into it try going veg for one day the first week. The second week do it two days, the third week do it three days, etc.

I did it by cutting certain foods out of my diet one at a time.

Well, one way to start would be to make a list of everything you'd otherwise eat tomorrow, and come up with alternatives. I know that this can be difficult when you've been taught by the world at large that food = meat.

first of all, just start by cutting out meat from your every day foods. like, making lasange with spinach and veggies instead of meat. or have bean tacos. Its not that hard. Good luck! just be sure you get enough veggies everyday and protein and calcium :D

I cook my own vegetarian creations! It's really quite easy. As I'm typing, i'm making noodles with italian dressing! and I'll add veggies! Just have fun with it!
