Ok, this is weird I think my body is trying to turn vegetarian on me or something. Lately i crave fruit in stead of sweets and Whenever i eat meat i feel quesy. Iv also started craving grilled veggies, and otyher things. Lol funny thing is, I wasnt expecting this to happen, but im glad lol mybe ill finally be able to do it. I was actually sitting in 6th period today craving watermelon and a kiwi and strawberry smoothie. (Go figure) anyways I'm on my way to being meat free. :pibo:

Awesome. Try and go veg cold turkey, IMO its better because you only have to fight off the urge to eat meat in general as opposed to fight the urge to eat beef, then the urge to eat chicken etc etc. Just my 2 cents.

that way may be easier mentally but physically i think it's probably better to do it more slowly. slowly integrate alternative protein sources (fake meats etc) into your diet and phase the meat out.
the affects of suddenly increasing your intake of things like soy and beans is umm.. unfortunate :p and you want to make sure you compensate for what you're removing from your diet by adding healthy things as you go along. it's easier to do that gradually i think. especially since it takes some time to develop a taste for certain foods
