so you have 5 of each to giveaway, 5 of series 1 and 5 of series 2 ? :boobies:

sure they're free, but how long is each, same length both of them ?

And both are circuit training, what sort, how inclined are the techniques within employed exactly?

......just curious, and not least why you're thru with them???...

I am fit-mad yes, I don't know if I want these though, not least without
owning a DVD player, but thats not to say I won't in future have a DVD player! :)

I got my series 2 DVD the other day. I haven't had an opportunity to do the workout, but I skimmed thru it. It looks pretty intense! I'm looking forward to it.

I like the fact that it's done at Farm Santuary.

Overall, it looks like it's pretty good, but I do think some more time could have been spent on production values. Not that it needs to be "slick" to be good, but several of the edits and such were choppy, and the performances were kind of stiff. But that's the performer/producer in me talking...

I really liked this! My favorite part was the Farm Sanctuary background. Barry is a really thorough instructer, so I never had to wonder if I was doing an exercise correctly. I didn't have time to do the ab segment (the part I was most looking forward to), but I'll do that today. I loved that even though I do work out regularly, I could still feel the burn the next day! I also thought the breaks (where he talks about healthy eating, etc.) were a good touch. I used a full container of oats in the place of a medicine ball. I didn't have one and was not going out in the snow to my garage to get a basketball. :p

Whoa. I know this is an old thread but I'm always on the lookout for more workout DVDs and thgouth I'd stop by your site to take a look...

It is really confusing! Not to be harsh, but I can't figure out what to look at! Hopefully this comes across as construction criticism, because I would really like to check out your dvds but I want to know aht I'm buying and that page is just too hard to read!

Constructive critisism is good. Nobody explained this to me before, but maybe they didn't want to say anything. In fact I got a few compliments, but everyone is different.
Can you let me know what is wrong with the site? too much, not enough, the layout..etc

THANKS!

Well, the actual website is really nicely designed. It looks pretty professional, although the red and yellow kills my eyes (red and yellow= Mcdonalds in my mind). However, it's just the one page that you go to after clicking Buy DVDs that I can't read. Perhaps it's because I'm impatient, but there's just too many words. Almost every ad I see, and therefore every ad I'm used to reading has a picture of the DVD, and then under it a description of what the DVD contains.

So recommendations are to put a picture of the DVD, a short description, and then maybe an extended description underneath it all? Although I also may be completely out there in terms of what I like. If you do want any layout suggetsions I could certainly come up with something! (I used to do design layouts for the yearbook, so it would be like remiscing!!)

Points well taken :)
I will (or I am going to have someone) be working on it in the next few days.
The layout will be different,& there will be bullets underneath each picture of the hot points, then a link to click to go to a page for each DVD. Hopefully this will be more helpfull to you, the consumer.

Thanks again!
