I just want to stop blaming my grade school math teacher who called me a "stupid pig" and the high school swim coach who said I was "too heavy to swim". I DON'T have to take the crap forever!!! I just want to stop whinning and start to take control as an able person. I just want to be happy, after being UNhappy at 135 LB and even now at 95LB (bummer, huh?). I want to stop feeling like a drug addict when I approach the frozen session in the grocery stores. I just have had enough and this morning the mad little mouse inside me scream "STOP!! I AM NOT TAKING IT ANYMORE" :cool:

A little update: I threw away my measuring spoons and cups!
(I used to use meauring spoon to scoop out peanut butter and if I say 1 TB, it must very very accurate, otherwise I freak out. That's history.)

Because I don't want to count calories anymore. I can go by "feeling" :D

I also eat much more ripe fruits!
