i just wanted to post a superquick note to anybody who falls into the title category.
Leaving that behind was honestly the hardest thing ive ever done :think: ...but the very very best. I never imagined how happy i could be, how much easier life was, and how much more there is to everything.
Please, please just take a chance and totally let go. Not let go til you reach the minimum weight, not let go til you feel uncomfortable, not let go til your loved ones get off your back...but let go, period.
You are so much more, than how much 'control' you have. You are so much more 'perfect' when you're out saving the world, loving every minute of life, and being yourself not another braindead starving zombie.
Now that im on the 'other side' ... i just want to pull as many people out of the nightmare i was in and here standing (eating delicious muffins and actually passing school and so forth!) on the other side. :D
please...PLEASE just give it a real go. i just say this because...when i was 'recovering' i WAS giving it a real go...but not really. a real go with one eye open and checking that i didn't need to go back for any reason. :wall:
i dont know..yet...what to say. I haven't figured it out. but I do know that im so happy, in a different way..to all the 'happiness' before...and I want that for all you guys too.
