Kids with rare disorder don't know they're hurting themselves~

I just posted this because I thought it was kind of ironic that there are some people who don't feel pain, and people use "they don't feel pain" to justify eating certain animals. But people will agree that the children with these disorders still need to be treated well.
So it kind of goes to show that it's actually not only pain that you use to judge who you shouldn't harm, it should actually be brain activity in general. Don't you think?
