I tried the teryaki the other day. . .my first primal strip. It was sooo good! I always thought they looked good, but $1.19 for a small snack seemed kinda expensive to me, so I didn't get them for a long time. I really liked it though. . may have to try the other flavors. What flavors does everybody else like?

I thought they were nasty.

I like them... (can't but them here, but I've ordered them from Pangea a few times in the past).

I only eat Tofurky Jurky.

I didn't really like them that much... and they're $2 a pop where I am.

I used to love them until about a year ago. I got really sick and was throwing up and I had just eaten one a few hours before. Now every time I think of them I want to puke, like right now. :spew: Sorry if I grossed anyone out!

They look gross to me, but taste pretty good, although I prefer tofurkey jerky or stonewall's jerquee.

I liked the mesquite/lime one. They were an easy way for me to boost my protein intake when I was pregnant. Are a bit pricey though so I don't buy them. A local health food store here has bulk bags of them for $4.99, cheaper than the smaller size but who needs bulk jerky.

I liked the Texas BBQ flavor. I tried one other flavor that I didn't like, I think it was hickory but I don't really remember, it was too strong and the texture wasn't as good. Tofurky jerky tasted like plastic to me.

Teryaki is goooood. I definitely prefer Primal Strips over Tofurkey Jerky. Primal Strips are much softer.

I like them, and the fact that they're portable... They're too expensive for a frequent snack, but on rare occassions they're nice - I always have a couple in my desk for the days I forget lunch, in fact I forgot they were there until reading this thread....

(I think there are some in my kid's "earthquake kits" at school for them too).

I like the Thai (?) flavor, I think it is.

I like them...They are soft and chewy and flavorful...in a good way. While I like Tofurky Jerky as well, I can barely chew it...

I didn't really like Stonewall's and the texture was nasty IMO (like a sponge) but for whatever reason I couldn't stop and finished the package. I don't know if it was the salt or what.

I love Primal Strips! :lick: I've tried probably every flavor and like them all. They're better than real jerky any day, that's for sure.

They ARE too expensive to buy very often. I think I'll try the Tofurkey Jerky sometime if I see at the HFS.

Alright,

I curently hate anyone who resides in places these products can be bought!

I love all jerquee! But it's so expensive to import from Pangea, and most companies that make the stuff don't ship outside the US and Canada.

Australia sucks for vegan junk food!

I love them. Especially mesquite lime and Thai peanut. They are expensive at my local HFS, but I buy them at Mothernature.com by the case. They are $.99 each that way. While still kind of high, I don't buy much premade food so I figure it is an indulgence.:)

I am pretty sure they're $0.99 at Whole Foods (though I could be thinking of a diff brand.. but i think its primal strips)... which doesnt seem too bad for a snack once in awhile... I keep meaning to actually try them though..

I was never a beef jerkey fan.. ate it once, never again, didnt like the smell etc...

I eat the tofurkey things once in a while and LOVE the primal strips, all of them, ive had a few different ones, the fire hot texas one is the best and NOT hot lol, dont let the label scare you, its very very very mild, more like just bbq sauce on it. I can eat them all day if they wernt a little messy at work lol.

Spicy Shiitake and probably the Thai. :)
