Well that's a great plan! not only are they murdering innocent grey squirrels but how do they plan on stopping the red squirrels getting poisoned or caught in the traps? :stinkeye:

There are loads of red squirrels at the park where i'm doing my dissertation fieldwork. They have cages around the squirrel feeders that only red squirrels can squeeze into. They also shoot any grey squirrels, and you must tell the caretaker if you've seen one. I haven't seen any yet, but i'm not sure i'd want it to be shot if i did. I like the squirrel feeder idea though.

 I love grey squirrels! We throw peanuts out for a few of them that live near our yard.

Red squirrels here (Canada) have a reputation for being mean. ;)

This pisses me off. If they must be racist, birth control in their food would be a better idea.
