To Seattlites:
Out in Renton by the Walmart (sorry, I don't know the exact location) there is a market called "Lenny's Market"--apples are, like, 29 cents a lb., and tofu/soy products are real cheap, too.
None of it is organic, though. :( And MAKE SURE you check all the fruit before you buy it. :spew: there's a lot of rotten stuff sometimes.
Finally, they double bag EVERYTHING. My mom and I usually just take the stuff out of the bags when we get to the car and slip the bags back into the store. :)
If you need a shopping cart, take one from walmarts. :)
And look out for a short girl in a pink sweatshirt that says "water polo, an olympic sport" or a gray one that says "Washington Water Polo club" with her hair tied into a bun.
She'll prolly be the one loading up on shrooms and onion. :lol:
