If you have a bit of room, a full size step and like to learn some fun moves then I would definitely suggest http://www.cathe.com She has some really great videos that are really quite challenging but fun at the same time. Makes your brain think enough to forget about the fact that you are working so hard. :smitten:

There are also some good reviews and also a forum @ http://www.videofitness.com I love exercise videos and own over 100 of them. They helped me exercise and kept me somewhat sane while I was fat and hiding from the world in my basement. So I *LOVE* them tremendously. Good luck finding a video that you like, there are tons of great ones to choose from!

Thanks :) I bought a step although I want to buy some more individual lifter things (not sure what they're called) because it only came with 2 so it's not very high.
I will check out those websites :bobo:

Yes well 2 is good to start out with! Cuz Cathe moves pretty fast and pretty furious. She's a nutjob, but in a good way! Oh and they are usually referred to as "risers" you might be able to find some on ebay? I want to buy some more for mine because those high step workouts look interesting. Oh and another kind of video that some people really love are called "the firm" some of them are super old and cheesy. Janet Jones Gretzky even instructed one, complete with white leotard and everything! This is a pretty informative exercise forum as long as you ignore all the drama that goes on in one of their sub-forums. http://p199.ezboard.com/bfirmbelivers Happy exercising! I need to do more myself, I've been slacking off lately. Bad bad bad.

I got my first step video today (kathy smithstep workout) and I love it, it has beginner, intermediate and advanced, plus a toning and cool down. I still want to get more DVDs so I don't get bored though.

I think I have all Kathy Smith's workout (tapes lol) I love her. I have a lot of Cathe also. She is tuff. I could only keep up with her when I was in good shape.

Also Kari Anderson is good.
