everyone's stopped carrying it around here and it's "out of stock" all of the (many) places i've checked online. i e-mailed them awhile back, no response.

my verdict: discontinued (?)

I think you're right about it being dicontinued. I've noticed the same situation with Alba's anti-frizz styling cream (which was an okay product...left my hair feeling sticky but it was one of the only creams where the ingredient panel didn't scare the crap out of me...lol). Alba's website only lists shampoos and coniditioners...no styling products there now. Very odd.

BTW, I need to add a comment about Avalon/Alba's customer service. I also wrote them a while back regarding another question and also received no response. The website assures that all questions are read even though they may not be answered...lol...gee, thanks Avalon/Alba! Any company worth their salt makes sure to have a good relationship (and communication) with their customers. Maybe I'm being a bit of a prima-donna but if a company chooses not to answer simple questions via the customer service link on their website, then I'm probably not going to choose to buy their products any longer...which is a shame as they have some nice products.
