Has anyone ever tried this workout? It is really great and I can already see and feel changes in my body after doing the workouts for only 7 days. I have not ever gotten results as good as this before.
I used to be the girl that walked / jogged 3-5 miles/day, lift weights, did the 2 hour long gym days...a total workout nut. Now I do 30-40 minutes of the lotte berk method (sort of like pilates...almost a cross between yoga/pilates/ballet) and my abs have never felt better!! Plus it's relaxing! You don't even wear shoes to do this workout. I love it!!!:bobo:
I'm interested to hear what anyone elses' results were if any.
