Search Enabled For Guests

I have enabled the ability for guests to search. They will also see a "today's posts" link to help them find updated threads.

Mainly just because it'll be easier for them to find something that interests them. And the "today's posts" link will be very useful, I didn't even realize it wasn't showing up.
