Hi everyone,

I became a vegetarian on boxing day. It all started when a friend sent me a link to kentuckyfriedcruelty.com. I was horrified, saddened and disgusted. I went on to see more things that lead me to the decision I can no longer eat meat.

I was a vegetarian in High School years ago, but only in the fact I didn't eat meat. I never considered animal products in other things. Now I am. So even though I have "somewhat" done this before, I am still very new and have a LOT to learn.

I look forward to posting here!

Welcome. Many people go veggie after hearing about practices involved in raising animals for food.

I found a pamphlet at a local bookstore about KentuckyFriedCruelty about a year and a half ago and I've been veggie ever since... Damn cruel KFC...
