Hi everyone.
We have two happy, healthy cats, but used to have one that died of feline diabetes. I just found out how he really died: the boarding facility that my parents left him with killed him via negligence. They neglected to monitor his blood sugar, and by the time they finally decided to call us, he was in a coma and ended up with so much brain damage he had to be put down.
Here's the kicker. The facility was in a vet's office. If you've got a pet with special needs, do your homework so you won't bring your pet home in a cardboard box instead of in a kitty-carrier.
