i was waiting at a cvs pharmacy and picked up a book on healthy nutrition. basically the theme is detoxifying your body. the friendly writing style, and depth of information contained reminds me is like having a free consultation with a nutritionist, or natrual-path doctor. i actually forgot the title, but the book has a picture of a man in a green & white med get-up. i'll go back to cvs then re-post.

the book's title includes 'detox relief' or 'de-tox relief'. try to pick it up at your local book store, or order it online. probably the best stocking stuffer for chanuka or christmas for it's small size. i'll return tommorow with the author's name & isbn. i forgot those last two vital peices of information.
