i tried talkin to an old friend just now that i havent talked to in over 3 months, because of my severe crippling depression, which makes me feel so worthless and s****y ALL the time... well it was no surprise it sounded like he was not thrilled the slightest to hear from me, even tho im nearing a suicide pact i made with myself, and thought id talk with em once more... and of course, no one cares that much anyway... so no deal... im alone like always of course.......

life is just always such an extreme dissapointment for me constantly... im so depressesed from constant dissapointments straight from birth, that i even vent out on various forums that i care about now a days...

think about the time that all your girfriends or boyfriends ever dumped you, multiply them together, and it still seems like gold compared to anyone who EVER gave a damn about me... (ZERO)... thats how much life has sucked for me since my birth....

Hey Pugz, I'm sorry to hear that you feel so s****y right now and also that you got a bad reaction from your friend

Have you got any idea why he wasnt thrilled to hear from you? Is it because you're depressed and he finds it hard to deal with, or did you have an arguement or something?

Pugz you are only 24. You still have so much to live for.
We are here for you. Your profile says you live in Washington state. I believe there are at least a hand full of VBers in your state.

Have you ever tried to meet up with them for a brunch? What about meetup.com they have groups centered on hobbies or lifestyles. There may be a veggie or vegan meetup group right in your back yard. Maybe you should volunteer at an animal shelter to meet new people or a homeless shelter to see that your life (although hard at times) is not as bad as you may think.

I'm really sorry that your past was difficult, but here comes a new year. A chance to have all of the happiness that you desire. Hang in there.

Many people go through storms and pain to come out a better, stronger person.

Pugz, I seroiusly hope you aren't considering suicide. You should really seek help and not let the depression drive you to that point. It can be difficult sometimes to get past the bad things that happened to you throughout your life. Even dwelling about the bad things that go on in the world can really bring one to a sad state. Maybe your friend just doesn't know what to do or say to get you out of the depression. You should go beyond your friend for help though. Sounds like you should try some professional help (maybe seek therapy or counseling.)
I hope you will overcome this. Life can change at any moment, so you never know what good things are in store for you in the future. Keep your head up.

By the way Pugz - if your on this forum where we discuss animal rights and vegan lifestyles, it shows that you must be a caring and compassionate person. Don't consider ending your life - the animals (and the world) need more caring people like you around.

Hugz for Pugz time!

I think I've seen another post of yours recently saying to others that they should be glad they are not you, or maybe it was anothers postee.

Anyways, can you expand any on the reaction of your old friend ?

My advice and what I do is to not let things build up in you, go shout in a field or some place, I do, plus I must know some of what applies to you in your state, I'm ever lonely and with resentment at how my life has gone ever since I can remember just like you.
