It's a Litter Locker by Pet Mate. Amber uses clay litter and I've never noticed a problem because everything is flushed. But Harp and Guinness share a box and use clumping litter. And I've noticed sometimes no matter what I do to keep it clean, it can stink. I've tried everything from a closed container, to an open container, to bagging it and bringing it out to the garbage every day (which is a real pain)
But this thing has really helped. I bought it a few weeks ago as an early Xmas present to myself :p I just ordered replacement filters I like it so much.
